Meridian started when our founders got tired of the consulting playbook. They'd seen too many smart strategies collect dust because nobody bothered with the actual implementation part. So in 2011, they decided to build something different. A firm that'd stay in the trenches with clients, adapt when reality didn't match the plan, and obsess over results rather than methodologies.
